MBRP Exhaust hitting crossmember

MBRP Exhaust hitting crossmember
So, I finished installing an MBRP exhaust, pain in the *** by the way. I noticed the midpipe, regardless of what position it's in and what position the down pipe is in, it rests on the transmission crossmember bolts. Does anyone else have this problem as well with theirs? If have managed to fix it, how did you?

Same thing happens with my 05 6.0. I tried re-adjusting everything multiple times and it would still hit the cross member. I ended up getting two large SS band clamps, one is 4.5 inch and i have it around the midpipe tightened all the way down and the other is an 8 inch or so and I have it tighten around the tranny mount in the middle of the cross member. Works great havent had a problem since.
I guess you could say its rigged but I was tired of trying to re-position the piping so this was the easiest alternative
