HELLO everyone i just bought a new to me 2000 F150 XL 4.2 and i wanted to come introduce my self i have been on the site for a while as i own a 77 F100 as well . i hope to be trading tips with everyone here soon until then ttyl

 

Good to have you here ! How's that 4.2 running ? I had a 2000 E-250 with the 4.2, and I have to say,since then have a 4.6 F-150, and a 5.4 F250, I was the most impressed with the 4.2. Of course I didn't tow much with it, but as strictly a driver, it was the best for drive-ability, mileage, trouble free use (over 5 years).
