O2 sensor help

hey, i recently got all my stuff for my exhaust but i was wondering how many O2 sensors are on my 1990 150 4x4 with a 351, just 1 or 2? and also the header collectors i got dont have the bung welded in so i was wondering if i should just weld one into the headers them self or the collectors or in the pipe

Conanski and lew52 suggest to weld in a bung for the O2 sensor in one of the header collectors. FYI...you have 1 O2 sensor.
