2001 "Loading up" when Idiling........
Ok my dads 01 with 180k just started acting funny. You will come too a light, wait for a minute or two for the light too goo green then you take off and it breaks up like a carb car is loaded up with fuel, then it cleans its self out at about 20mph and run fines?

Sticky IPR? Or maybe the accelerator pedal is having issues with the IVS?
Does it do it on every start, or just after it has been up to speed and slowed down? Any smoke out the exhaust when it does this?
Any tunes on it?
