E4OD Problems
towards the end of a 400 mile trip, I was making my way through back roads with the OD off. Once on the main road and up to about 60 mph, I tried to kick on the OD, but to no avail. After 10 miles or so as I was climbing a steep hill, the OD off light began to blink. After I was over the top, I pushed the button again and it kicked into OD normally. On every upshift (under load) after this, the transmission attenps to shift but seems to get stuck in between gears, lugging the engine way down. once in gear, there is no slippage and when decending a hill or light accelleration, it shifts normally. I should also note that I had recently installed B&M's Shift Plus electronic shift improver and had been running it in position 1.
