Speedometer quit code E 08 6
1993 F-250HD XL 5.8L Replaced radiator today and when i started truck speedo bounced 0-max-0 and odometer reads E 08 6 . does the same thing anytime i turn key on speedo does not work at all but truck runs fine.

That sounds like that is an issue with the trip set button being stuck. When you turn the key on and off with it pressed the speedo will do that and show you a calibration code. I don't think your speedo is bad. You might to a search for PSOM.
