I see both ends of the spectrum, some places I can walk thru, take pictures and lock up........they are spotless.....and sad, right down to the murals small kids painted on bedroom walls, thinking they would always be there, a womans touch all through the house, it was obvious she loved the place.....really sad.
Then there are the "other" kind of people.......lets not go there.
Some fall on hard times. Those must be tough to go through. The other ones I guess just kind of disgusting.
One place was obviously younger folks, they were into ATVs..........they tore the backyard into a mudpit, and were actually RIDING ATVs into the house through the back patio doors.......give me a break!
I guess some of the people hang on till the last moment hoping they can find a way to keep their homes. Pretty sad for those people.
I think if you are turning donuts in the living room with some quad, and trying to ride a motorcycle up the stairs, you have given up, and are just being malicious..... I take plenty of pics for the mortgage co. to study of that kinda thing.
Ya that's wrong and I agree they have probably given up. I meant the ones where the house is all neat and tidy.
Yes, those are heart breakers, all the signs of folks who loved their home and lost it........real sad. The kids hand prints and names in the concrete of the patio, really get me.
I have broken the rules and allowed access for a couple of these folks to look for some lost item, can't turn em' away.
