I would say this folows under "other crimes"

Why not?...........being stuck on hwy 58 at 3 in the morning with split radiator hose sucks!
At least, one can identify resources like auto parts stores, tire stores, etc and their EXACT locations to folks unfamiliar with the area........cellphones and GPS are notoriously bad about finding the REAL directions to places.
A friendly voice can mean a lot.
