C-6 Problems
I have an 86 Bronco, 351W and C-6. The tranny has been shifting questionably for the past 15-20k miles. I have planning on it dying. Well, I think it just did I have lost all engagement and spewed tranny fluid from th front of the bellhousing. My guess is a threw something in there and blew the front seal, does this seem correct?
Now I am trying to figure out how to proceed. Right now I am leaning towards yanking this one and replacing it with a rebuild from PhoenixHard Parts. If I do this any tips and is this the right call?
