Tired and a bit cranky lol. Other than that good

 

I'm not doing too bad at all. Got off work and headed straight for o'reiley's so I could get another door handle for my truck. I got there right when the kid was locking the door, and I told him I would only need about 2 minutes. He got all pissy and snotty, and I threatened to call the manager (I know him personally), and the kid about sh%t himself. lol. Other than dealing with that douche, I have had a pretty good day.

Lol I don't have a wife, bud! I am 18 and I am a senior in highschool! She is my lady, but not my ol' lady! haha! And now that I got my door handle I might have something to do tomorrow, for a few minutes anyways This is the one repair I am getting really good at on our trucks. Seems like these crappy door handles break all the time on these trucks.

haha, the plastic women do, too! Sorry, couldn't help myself on that one! Yeah I am gettin really tired of replacing these stupid plastic handles. Why Ford ever decided on this design, the world may never know..

its beyond me too. the steel ones are stronger.

 

I have heard they are stronger, but for some reason O'reily's only carries plastic in stock. And I am tired of rolling my window down to get out of my truck, haha. I REFUSE to do business at autozone, the two times I have attempted any business there (only becuase o'reilys was out of stock for trailer parts, and I needed the trailer rolling that day) I got so mad with the idiots behind the counter that I walked out, both times. Even though I gave them the part numbers they still couldn't find what I needed... I ended up re-using the bad bearings and races and just ordered some new ones through o'reilys. It was worth it for me to have to dissassemble it again and give my business to o'reilys, then to get it done right the first time and go through autozone...

 

those guys and girls are far from mechanics. and i worked at an o'riellys auto parts for a couple of years part time in omaha.

 

The idiots in Autozone have no clue when it comes to vehicles. I think if you are gonna work in a parts store, then you should at least have basic general knowledge of a vehicle. I don't think most of those kids even know what a 1/2" wrench is.. lol.

 

Well my friend, I have to be heading to bed. It's after 11 now and I have a busy day ahead of me. Have to fix that darned door handle, then an eye doctor appointment, and then the girlfriend wants to "hang out". So I am gonna need my rest
