Broken Fuel Injector Electrical Connector

I am in the middle of replacing my Head Gaskets on my 05 6.0L and I broke one of the electrical connectors on one of my fuel injectors. The connector comes of the injector wiring but cannot find a replacement connector. This connector is on the injector side and not on the harness side. If someone has one or an old broken injector with a good connector, let me know, I will buy it. Does anyone know where I can purchase a Fuel Injector Connector?

That part is non servicable. You are not the first person to break one of them though. About your only option is to either replace the injector or find one that you can cut the contector off and splice back to yours.

That part is serviceable If I could find one. The connector comes off the injector, I have taken it apart. But you are right in the sense that I cannot purchase this part at the dealer. I need one off an existing injector or I am sure the companies that rebuild injectors have them.

right they come off, but I have yet to see anyone be able to get one to replace it with. There have been a few guys in the recent past that has tryed to find it. I beleave there was even one guy that tryed to get in touch with the orginal manufacture to get the part to no avail. The best thing I could say is either find a used one, or you could just get some sort of 4 prong connector and change both sides to make it work. If you are able to find the conector somewhere be sure to let us know, so others that have this happen (whitch probably won't be too long before someone eles does it) will know where to get one at. Good Luck, and I do hope you find a place to get the conector at, so we can all learn somthing new.

That's what I am hoping for is that someone has a core and wants to sell me the plug off of it. I will send you my broken plug.

Zman you are right! Clay at Riff Raff Diesel to the rescue. I got two connectors today in the mail. I just wanted to say thanks for sending me two connectors for free including shipping. I have an extra connector and would like to pay it forward. If anyone needs an electrical connector for a fuel injector, let me know.

Thanks Everyone!

I am sure the Ford dealerships have old injectors hanging around they throw in the metal scrap bin, but getting them to give you the old connectors would be a chore for the most willing, I am sure the Ford techs that are members should be able to help us out if doesn't put there jobs in jepardy
