Engine Lag

I replaced the ICP, IPR, High Pressure Oil Pump and cleaned my EGR and I have a little lag at take off but goes away once it kicks into second gear. No codes are showing but someone suggested replacing my Back Pressure Sensor? any suggestions?

What are you using to read the codes?

Oh, ok...I misunderstood. I thought you were doing the code reading.

My truck has always been laggy...it's a 6.0 trait. Is your truck running differently than it used to?

I talked with a Powerstroke mechanic he suggested I cahnge my exhaust back pressure sensor. I wanted to know if anyone has done this and did it make a difference?
I have a 2004 F350 PSD. Everyone on here has been great and all feed back is greatly appreciated.
I really didn't notice any lag prior to replacing ICP IPR and High Pressure Oil Pump

Steve, I to have lagged. I have'nt repalced the Back Pressure Sensor yet. I talked to the powerstroke mechanic and he said since no code was showing up, that he would like to look at the truck first. Here's something interesting though: I woke up one morning to dead batteries. My glove compartment did'nt close all the way thus causing my light to stay on and drained my batteries. I replaced both of them and my truck ran great with no lag. That lasted about a week and the lag returned. I am determined to get this fixed and will keep you updated. If you have any suggestions give me a call.
