Horn Blowing after Shift Tube Replacement

Good afternoon.
I have 2004 F250 SD, 240K.
The shift tube broke last week. It has been replaced and all is working well....So Far.
as I was taking out the ignition, I disconnected the battery.
When everything was back in place, I connected the Battery to test the shifting.
As soon as I had a connection with the battery the horn started and would not stop.
Tried turning the truck on and off several times, NO JOY.
Pulled the fuse.
Pulled the airbag out and told her to go to the house, J/K. Made connection with battery....HORN
There was only 2 electrical connections made while fixing the shift tube, neither one was connected to the horn

AND the Cruise no longer works

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you pinched the wires coming from the clock spring.
