Not really weird combo but the first owner specifically saw this truck in a Ford lot and thought it was perfect for their 5th wheel giant camper and traded into a 2004 dodge 3/4 ton when they thought it was a piece of junk and couldn’t do anything and this and that… They either needed a tow package and heavier spring set f150 or they wanted an f250 Maybe they didn’t understand what a half ton or 3/4 is lol I’m sure they shopped by price tag to end up with something so close to bonestok
