So I need to replace the drivers side door latch and striker plate on my wifes F250.

I noticed that Macs left side P/N 48-31866-1 is $177.

LMC is $69

Mid Fifty's is $75

Are these all the same?

 

1953 to 1955 is one in the same. I don't know why Mac's has such a price difference, so go with the other alternatives. Beware though that many of these as well as some door window regulators are made in Argentina and much of the feedback has been negative. Perhaps Mac's ones are made in the USA, I don't know

I bought a genuine Ford NOS left side door latch (BAAA-8121813-A) for 1953/55 from Early Ford Store in San Dimas for 75 bucks.

I'd call and see if they have any more...they did at one time.

And, GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 3 = 800-543-4959, but these may be repro's.
