Radiator support wont line up-dumb problem

Took rad support out and motor for rebuild work. Put rad support back and with it resting on the frame, it doesn't line up (3/4" too high) with the 2 bolts in the fenders on either side. It should fit below the lip and even the 4 vertical (both l and r) don't line up with the bracket. I'm totally miffed, it just doesn't fit. I did not one thing with any of it. Just removed it, painted it, put it back. Wthek am I doing wrong?

Driver side way high but passenger side about right.

Driver side firm on frame

Driver side bracket way off but pass almost right

Maybe the cab support brackets are rotted through too, and the front of the cab tipped down without the fenders holding it up?

Jeff's Bronco Graveyard sells them.
It's obviously a little too far gone to weld in Framesavers.

Good thought, thanks, needed another set of eyes. Will check that. Don't remember any sagging or trouble with forward pressure on the support when I pulled it out. There was only one bushing on the driver side, passenger side one was not even present.
