Yea shackle flip in rear will lift it, and a new set of springs or a front spring mount drop bracket and longer rear shackle (on the back end of the front springs) will work.

I do not think you get a lot of lift from a stock gear flip, have to use a aftermarket bracket to get more than a few inches?
