Thanks for the input. Did he have a problem with the Accels? The only reason I went that route and not OEM is for 10 coils - Motorcraft was $65 each and the Accels were $24 each. I don't expect them to perform any better, I just hope they work as well.
Quite a few guys are getting very good deals on new OEM coils on ebay. I suggest that you check there for availability.
