When you say the F150 kit did you mean anyone's? I have been looking at the Kenne Bell Big bore 2.6 kit for the Lightning, but I understand the intake manifold on my 3V 5.4 is different than the lightning 5.4? who's F-150 kit are you referring to?

There are 3 commonly available varieties of the 5.4L engine. The 2V 5.4L was used from '97-04. It's the same basic engine across the board including Lightning, F150, F250, F350, E-Series,etc. There are minor internal differences, but they all the same externally and dimensionally as far as what you're referring to. The other is the 4V version used in Lincoln Navigator/ Blackwood. Then there's the 3V version used on '04-up F150, and the '05-up F-250, F350. You have the 3V version, and ANY F150 supercharger "kit" designed to fit a 3V 5.4L will bolt right onto the engine of your F250's 3V 5.4L.
