Ford used the same casting number for several years on some engines (D1VE-6015-AB, AB1, AB2: 1971/73 429; 1971/78 and some 1979 460's).

6015 is the basic bare block casting number. 6010 is the bare block basic part number.

D3TE-6015-AA refers to 1973, but Ford may have used this same bare block casting number for 1974, 1975 or?
