I checked the manual no relays no gems 15 amp fuse in slot 33 supplies the high beams
Per manual
Measure the resistance between the LH headlamp C1021 pin 1, circuit 12 (LG/BK), harness side and central junction box (CJB) fuse 33 pin 2; and between the RH headlamp C1041 pin 1, circuit 12 (LG/BK), harness side and CJB fuse 33 pin 2.
Are the resistances less than 5 ohms?
Yes
RECONNECT LH headlamp C1021 and RH headlamp C1041. GO to C2 .
No
REPAIR the circuit. TEST the system for normal operation

C2
Place the headlamp switch in the ON position.
Place the multifunction switch in the high beam position.

Measure the voltage between the CJB fuse 33 pin 1, and ground.

Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
Yes
INSTALL new headlamp bulbs. REFER to Bulb—Headlamp in this section. TEST the system for normal operation.

No
GO to C3 .
C3
Measure the resistance between the multifunction switch C202b pin 5, circuit 632 (GY/OG), harness side and the CJB fuse 33 pin 1.

Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
INSTALL a new multifunction switch. REFER to Section 211-05 . TEST the system for normal operation.

No
REPAIR the circuit. TEST the system for normal operation.
