I'll let someone from NJ comment on the MVI, but I'd find that hard to believe. A good leveling kit is the one from ICON Vehicle Dynamics. Simple to install? I guess that depends on your level of expertise. All you are doing is inserting a mini spring pack under the stock spring pack. The job can be done with a couple of heavy duty jacks, some jackstands, and your basic hand tools. ICON has good documentation, and you'll get a lot of good support and feedback here.
