The 300 won't run on a computer for a 302/351, that I'm aware of. The larger issue is that you have an electronic automatic, probably E4OD, that is controlled by the ECC.

You can connect the computer from the other 300ci truck and see if the engine fires, that way you'll know if an issue with the ECC, but you won't be able to drive it without the correct computer in the truck.
