Persistence does pay off.

Its a crappy design because you have to get the tool to not go in too far as well as not far enough. Atleast on my E450 there is no hard stop for the tool. There is no reason there should not be. Anyway the radio is out.

Ford just has a single plug going to the radio in addition to the antenna.
(even though the radio has two connectors.)
The female plug on the cable side has a row of 16 on the bottom and 12 on the top with 2 pins on the end of the top row which are probably power and ground.
Whats the best place to get the pinout/wiring color code for all the signals?
Or better yet a harness to convert the cable plug to the Pioneer AVIC-X920BT plug or plugs?
