I don't know for 100% sure, but I think you just need to move break caliper out of the way and the rotor should just come off. At least that's the way my wife's Subaru works and was told by a mechanic friend of mine that all the late 2wd vehicles are like that.

BTW, good luck on getting them turned. I'll bet you are told that they can't be.
