I think everyone with the company is f-ing stupid! I called three freaking times now to pay off my loan and each time I get someone new and each time the timeframe to have it processed and the title sent to me is different.. not to mention they told me that the fastest way they would accept a payment is by MoneyGram, not by a bank wire which that is a whole other issue I argued with them, but whatever.. so I go down to my local Wal-fing-Mart and deal with the special folks in there customer service Dept.. it takes 4 people, the 4th being the store manager to tell me that they can NOT process my request because of the amount is to high, the only way they will do it is I need to fill out tax forms for the IRS (to just pay off my car loan mind you!!) have a valid drivers license, Social Security Card, (( first born, blood, a hair off my head, right index finger, mug shot, hall pass from high school teacher, note from my parents --- ok so it felt like all of those )) just to pay my damn loan off!!!!

So now they think i'm suspicious because i'm frustrated with all of this.. What a freaking JOKE! so I call said company back to let them know to shove their policy up their you know what and the next lady is like go to your bank, certified check, process in a week! ? WTF? Why couldn' the first few CS reps just say that this MORNING!!!!!!!

Man, what a joke!! Kind of funny, though, Dallas, that they're making it hard for you to send them THEIR MONEY!!!
