I can't remember if the axles have to come out to get the drums off a semi-floater D60, I don't think so but who knows those things are such an abomination anyhting is possible. I would never own one of those axles, and haven't worked on one in many years.

I didn't know D70 and 10.25 brakes swapped, you learn something new every day.
