I always get confused which one is with the half door that opens from the inside, supercrew or supercab. If its the one with the little door, not the full size door, check the bottom latch when you shut the little door, shake the bottom of the door after you shut it, if it wiggles then the bottom didnt latch and that will then in turn not let your front door latch correctly and give you the rattle. I found mine to do that when i dont shut the little door hard enough, or, i found this recently, when its been cold and wet, i think the bottom latch on the little door somewhat freezes and wont latch letting the door sort of flop around on the bottom and not letting the front door close completely tight. So if that is what you have try that, slamming the little door first. If you have the four full size door variety then completely disreguard everything i just wrote! thanks!
