ford claims the transmission fluid doesnt need to be changed till 100K and that is why there is not dipstick. This is a joke, if this were really the case, they ought to remove the dipstick for the F250, F350 and on up. Ford is just trying keep there service departments alive and seem to be cutting corners to save a few bucks here and there.
