I did end up buying a 03 Screw, and I can see the upper teathers, but I still cannont find the lower anchors. I don't know if there is a TSB or something that the dealer can install or not.
If you have a Screw, you may get a faster answer in the F150 forum. If you have a CrewCab F250, you are in the right place.
