Yes, if the package is small and light weight, the best is the Post/Snail Mail but be careful, there are several versions of US Mail and you have to get the vendor to send it the right way. If I remember right, it has to be labelled correctly and sent US Export/International Mail. Otherwise, you can get dinged.
