I will check the fuses and relays, Thanks. Beerstalker your right, the blue wire should only have voltage when the brakes are applied. The voltage should increase as the brake adjuster is increased from low to maximum. However in this case my testlight shines brightly as soon as the brake is applied. I will check the actual brake light (red and brown) for current. The 40165 conector has a four pin connector as well as an additional blue and red wire. Thanks for your help, I will keep trying!!
