I am going tomorrow to buy one of two hot water heaters. Here is my dilemma though. I do not know which one will be better for what I am wanting to do. I am wanting to just to a homebrewery with me and a friend. We will have three trucks running off this stuff. I have the choice to buy either a RHEEM 80 gallon hot water heater for $60, or a RHEEM 50 gallon hot water heater for $50. The question I have is whether the 80 gallon is too big? Will I still be able to use just one 110v element like the forums say to do or is there a modification I can make to this one to make it work and be able to produce that much more bio-diesel. I just need all of yalls suggestions on what you think would be best for me to do. Thanks in advance, yall are GREAT.
