Oh yea, I tested the wire to the oil pressure sender and it was pulseing. Wierd, the gauge worked though
That's normal. The guages are fed by a voltage regulator that pulses the voltage.
Do you have power to the + of the coil with the key on?
Do you have pulsing power on the - of the coil when you crank the engine?
