Yes, I do know how to fix it. I am good at that kinda stuff. Wanna have the meet and greet in your basement......wait, in your garage....do not want to wade water over to the coffee pot. Then I can look at your problem and offer a solution. I kinda need to see the house and lay of the land to know what is needed.

Was this from a stream flooding, surface run off or bad footer drains?
