You need the full roller cam assembly which includes the cam, lifters, spider, dogbones, and pushrods.. all of which can be salvaged from a junkyard motor or sometimes picked up on the used classifieds so yeah it should be significantly cheaper, you could easily spend $500-600 on new cam and lifters alone.
