J = 240 cubic inch, 1 bbl I-6 engine. N = built at Norfolk, VA plant. 613375 = built in November, 1964. 115 = wheelbase in inches. O = exterior color Tropical Turquoise. Model 6100 is an error. Should say F100 = 5000 pound GVW rated half ton truck. D81 = Medium beige crush vinyl and light beige Cody pattern woven plastic upholstery (That's for a '66 - '65 is slightly different pattern.) in a Custom Cab. A = 3 speed manual light duty trans. G2 is probably an error. C2 = Dana 44 limited slip differential with 3.73 gears. You left off the bottom line of your warranty plate, but it's pretty self explanatory except for the DSO.
