I'm currently doing the same thing but with an excab. It's still a heavy **** and a pain to move around myself. I've been using an engine hoist with straps to lift it and made a plywood and 2x4 platform on wheels to move it around. I would say 500lb (stripped except for glass) is not out of the question. I tried to rock it back so the rear window was on the ground to work on the underside. I'm fairly big and strong but could not do it, had to instead rock it forward from the back and still felt like 200-300lbs of effort.

As for the frame, I cut it in half and the back half and bed became a trailer, the front half (bare frame except for TTB still attached) hit the scrapyard scales at about 800lb. Draw your own conclusions.
