I have noticed a lot of things on the web on modules that promise increased MPG and power by adding a resistor on the IAT sensor. As much as I like the idea of increased MPG and power for cheap, if it doesn't work, I don't want to waste my time.

So, what is the consensus on this type of modification? Will this mod be effective or only be a wase of time?
