The PSOM is attached to the back side of the instrument cluster. There is a photo in Post#6 of this thread: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ng-engine.html

The Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) is located on top of the rear axle center section:

Be sure to check the codes that are causing your Check Engine Light to flicker on/off. There is a code for missing or erratic VSS pulses.
