i know for a fact that on the older body style (thru 91), all door locks are interchangeable between positions, and also between other fords of the same key style. this also gives us the freedom to step away from the 2-key system and install door locks from an older ford on the same key as the ignition.

i haven't studied them on the newer body style vans, but i suspect you'll find them similarly interchangeable
