I wonder if any of you may know why my truck registered as a '57. I'm fairly sure it's a '59. Even when i put VIN into DMV site to estimate fees, before I went, it came up '57

Anyway my VIN is:

F10C9D24798

I thought the 9 after the C denoted '59.
Anyhow, thanks for any info someone can give to help me.
