The trailer brakes do not operate when the controller is activated manually or when the brake pedal is applied. According to what you are saying, that means it is a connection issue or a grounding issue. The thing that has me confused is that when I hook my trailer up to other trucks, everything works fine. I'll try to borrow another trailer to make sure it is not my trailer.
