I recently flushed the tranny on my 06 F150 by disconnecting the return line. For various reasons I ended up with about 1/2 Valvoline Merc V and 1/2 Castrol Merc V. It was only later I found out that these are not necessarily the same product under different brands, but rather different products meeting the same specs. I figure I'm probably ok, but any thoughts?
