As said above, check the fuel solenoid, and if that is working, you should have something coming out of the fuel lines, even if the pump is completely worn-out, if there is nothing, than you have a mechanical issue, most likely a seized rotor, and broken shaft... Either way, your going to need a new pump, as the parts that go bad are lapped to each other, and need to be completely replaced...
