Newbie here - pretty sure this has been covered elsewhere, but I can't find it! My 2002 Explorer has a code 32. If the horn and cruise control are still working can I assume the clockspring mechanism is OK and that the problem lies elsewhere? If it is elsewhere what should I be looking at?
