I got a power steering gear box from a 1975 f150 2wd, and I have a pump on the front of my motor from what I believe is a 1992 Mustang.
1965/77 P/S pumps have a steel reservoir. The P/S Pressure Hose threads onto the pump.
1978: Ford changed the P/S pump on everything except Econolines, has a plastic reservoir. This pump was used into the 1990's.
The P/S Pressure Hose has a straight tube on the pump end with an o-ring on it. It connects to the pump w/a qwik connect fitting.
