I think it was on other fords under a different name,ford did that a lot,same paint different name depending one which one they were using. Ford has other medium blues but they are a little lighter color. My two tone 79 f-150 had a blue allmost like it only a little lighter.
It looks great. It looked lighter then "Guardsman" blue in that picture. It almost looked like what I want to paint my truck. I'm going with Bahama Blue. It's a little darker then Grabber blue. It's pretty close to the old Ford blue engine paint.
