First off.. you might want to try the superduty forum.

I Can help though. Is this truck a Diesel or gas?

Your problem is definelty fuel starvation. That is obvious due to the fact that it starts by spraying a fuel source into the intake.

Since you said this truck sat for 3 months I suppose there is rust in the fuel system.

You should replace the fuel filter. Then drain out ALL of the old gas, this includes running the fuel pump to drain all the fuel lines.

THen I would pull all the Fuel injectors and clean them up with CLR if they have any rust on them.

Also you should pull the spark plugs and check if there is any moisture on them. If there is it is time for new spark plugs.

If your truck is a Diesel let me know. I have more stuff to say.

By the way, what did you do to the truck BEFORE you stored it?
