I have a 2008 Escape Hybrid with rust on inside of rear door. Ford dealer has been sympathetic but says Ford rust warranty is for perforation and since there is no hole, no coverage. So I am in a standoff with Ford. They are betting that there won't be any perforation before the five years are up and I am betting there will be perforation. At any rate, this will be my last Ford.
